Who would have thought that legislators would institute a law to forbid banks from paying interest on small business checking accounts? Apparently, the
Banking Act of 1933 contains just such a rule. A couple legislators however have
stepped up to redress this imbalance. Let's hope this reflects some positive momentum in support of small businesses.
